Simmons University encourages all community members to report concerns without the fear of retaliation by fellow students, 教师, 工作人员 or any other members of the Simmons Community.
Community members and affiliate partners should refer individuals and/or organizations in the following ways outlined below.
Please provide as much information as is possible to enable the appropriate team to make the most accurate and timely assessment possible.

Community Health (COVID-19) Notice of Concern
在新萄新京网站, students have a communal responsibility to fulfill and uphold Simmons' values by acting safely and with a shared commitment to health and 安全 while on and off campus. 作为一个共同社区的成员, we must do our part to minimize transmission of COVID-19 and protect vulnerable populations.
We highly encourage anyone who is concerned about a potential violation of Simmons' Student Campus Compact to report the concerning behavior immediately by completing this form. The form will be received by the Simmons Compact Review Panel and Simmons' Assistant Dean of Community Standards. The Panel is a public health response group comprised of 工作人员, 教师, and students with expertise in public health and/or student life that will make decisions relating to the health and 安全 of the campus.
While the goal of this process is health, 安全, 和教育, in some cases disciplinary action may be taken.

Members of the campus community have the opportunity to report issues that they believe may be a violation of the Simmons Student Conduct Code.

Reports are monitored during business hours only by a member of the CARE Team. An alleged violation of the Simmons Residence Hall Policies and Procedures, On Campus Housing License Agreement or Simmons Student Code of Conduct, may be subject to the conduct process through The Office of Residence Life.
除了, Simmons University residents may also be subject to University action, managed through the Office of Student Affairs.
Any person wishing to report an incident or concern within the residential community may do so by 联系住宿生活办公室 during business hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
For after hour or Weekend concerns they can do so by contacting the RA on Duty.

Any person wishing to initiate an official complaint of an academic integrity violation against any Simmons student may do so by submitting this form. Academic violations are behaviors that include, 但不限于, cheating or plagiarism. General classroom misbehavior is considered a non-academic violation.
A 教师 member who suspects a student in their class of violating the Academic Integrity policy should speak with the student and complete the form with the information of the outcome. This information will become part of the student’s record.
课程副教务长, 评估, and Accreditation acting on behalf of the Office of the Provost will be the moderator of this information.
When an “information only” complaint is received by 课程副教务长, 评估, and Accreditation for a student who already has one or more complaints on file, 课程副教务长, 评估, and Accreditation reserves the right to follow up with the student for more corrective action.
